OPEN CALL

I AM UNDONE is a new and process-oriented event for performing arts in Oslo. Starting from the notion that art is an alive organism in perpetual development, I AM UNDONE gives focus to raw, unpolished, fresh materials - taking the artistic process as an expression in itself and challenging performative methods. I AM UNDONE is unique in its attention to hybrid research, underlining the fluidity of performance, its social and political implications and its level of public understandability.
We invite artists to propose a brand new idea that has never seen the light before, bold projects with the courage to be shared with an audience as unrefined and unfinished fragments full of life. I AM UNDONE is open to a wide range of performative actions, ready to take risks.

About our collaborators:
Kloden Teater is the place for the performing arts and young people. They show theater and performing arts from Norway and abroad through a varied program throughout the year - for babies, kindergarten children, school children, youth, young adults and everything in between. The audience gets to experience a wide range of artistic expressions and can also participate in creating themselves. Kloden Teater develops their program in contact with the community around them, and works to make cultural life more relevant and accessible to underrepresented population groups, both as audiences and participants.

Located in Kunstnerforbundet's premises in the centre of Oslo, Atelier Kunstnerforbundet (AKF) is a studio collective, a network of art enthusiasts and a pioneer project in the field of public engagement. Based on a two-year cycle, AKF fosters artistic and cultural productions by offering free-of-charge studios for artists, in combination with a customised programme for the development of their practices, project funds, travel grants, external mentoring, and exposure to the institution’s audiences. Atelier Kunstnerforbundet also investigates how Kunstnerforbundet’s infrastructure can contribute to strengthen the exchange of knowledge between artists, curators, and other professionals – building on the institution’s 110 years of existence as an idealistic corporation.

Pachinko is an artist-run space located in Grønlandsleiret 47C, Oslo. Pachinko aims to present experimental cross-disciplinary projects by regional and international artists. Through a Nordic network, an open structure and a flexible programme, Pachinko seeks to provide a testing ground for artistic and social discourse.
