I AM UNDONE is a process-oriented event for performing arts in Oslo, curated by the artist collective LiLi Re.
On 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡, we invite you to experience the unfiltered, the unrefined, and the unexpected as 𝐄𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐣𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐡, 𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐧 present fresh works-in-progress.
I AM UNDONE embraces the unfinished, the hybrid, and the unconventional—offering a rare glimpse into the artistic process. It brings together artists across disciplines, creating space for bold, performative actions that challenge methods and spark new ideas.
Each edition of I AM UNDONE finds a new home, shaping itself in response to its surroundings. For Vol. 7, we are thrilled to collaborate again with 𝐀𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐭 (AKF). Located in the loft at Kunstnerforbundet’s premises, AKF is a studio collective and a pioneering project in the field of public engagement, that fosters artistic production by offering studios for artists and a program geared towards the development of their practices.

𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬:

𝐄𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐣𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐡 is working within the field of dance and choreography. His artistic practice spans from performing in works by others, creating his own work to collaborative creations. His choreographic interest is expansive and can materialize within different formats. His main artistic objective is a specific «poetifying» of spaces, places and situations through bodily, technical, virtual and conceptual interventions. «Something and others» is Eivinds attempt on doing an artist presentation, a stumble into something lesser-known, a two nights only, a self-help booklet, a sit-down, a magic show, a time to dance and what not. By starting off by doing something of what he knows something about, Eivind, will most likely stumble into a wilderness of doubt and uncertainty. The main goal is then to not let that wilderness get the better of Eivind and to keep on stumbling. Luckily, one of Eivinds most apparent skills is his ability to catch himself when falling (literally speaking, while walking and running. For more metaphorical stumbling, the story is different).

𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧 is a Norwegian - Filipino choreographer and dance artist. Putli`s practice traverses the tensions between fiction and reality – moving fluidly through personal and collective narratives. Putli welcomes instability – crafting performances that oscillate between intimacy and spectacle, rigor and spontaneity, the personal and the absurd. Yellow is the first work where she dives into her own Asian-ness, it is a solo performance which wrestles with reappropriating the term “yellow” as a woman of mixed ethnicity.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫s works include sculpture, installation, performance, theatre, electric guitar scapes, sound art and alternates between stage space and outdoor space. With a multidisciplinary practice, performative scenarios are the core at her work, either in the process or the final piece. With a broad background coming from the rock scene, and theatre, her installations often merge different expressions. Stranger has shown works at Ultimafestivalen, Hamar Performance festival, Oslofjordtriennale, Østfold Kunstsenter, Manipulate festival (Edinburgh) among others. She has a BA in Theater and Performance Design from LIPA in the UK, has toured extensively, where SWSW(Texas), Jajajas (Berlin) and Øyafestivalen to name a few. For I Am undone vol. 7 she will explore the soundscape of the electric guitar crossing over to sculpture, how occupying space can be physical and ephemeral.

𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐧 is a Norwegian dancer and choreographer from Kristiansand, currently based in Oslo. She produces her own performances and also participates as a performer in the works of other artists across various genres. In recent years, she has created several solo works through the solo series How to Solo and the lifetime project Solo for the Beginning of Something Never Ending. These solos have been presented at venues such as Dansens Hus, Femidomen, Bærum Kulturhus, Kristiansand Kunsthall, Kunstbanken and Sørlandets Kunstmuseum. In recent years, she has closely collaborated with artist Tori Wrånes, touring both nationally and internationally as part of her team. She has participated in performances including Sirkling, Ældgammel Baby, Naam Yai, Lips Don't Cry, and Garden of Lefthand. In 2022, she was one of five dancers in the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet’s new production of Czardasfyrstinnen, directed by Hanne Tømta. In Kristiansand, she has been involved in starting and running the Ravnedans festival since its beginning in 2009. From 2020 to 2023, she was the recipient of the State Artist Gran. For the upcoming year, she is working on a new solo project, Bouncing Softness, in collaboration with costume designer Hannah Oellinger, a new production by Tori Wrånes, and the production VirrVarr as part of the company Husby/Kittelsen. Letting go of something is an ongoing work where Kittelsen works with the intuitive, an exploration in spontaneity.

The event will take place in the loft in Atelier Kunstnerforbundet, on the 4th floor with no elevator. If you have questions about accessibility please contact Kunstnerforbundet.
